Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. • Determine selection criteria as per client requirements. • Advertise, recruit, screen, interview and hire new employees. • Source potential candidates through all viable channels including social media, partner agencies and networking opportunities. • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. • Assess candidate information, including CVs, contact details, qualifications and work history, using the Applicant Tracking System. • Design and generate robust job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department/campaign. • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. • Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. • Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. • Prepare offers and contracts of employment. • Identify future staffing needs. Requirements: Matric Own car Tertiary education 1+ year recruitment experience .
