Digital Learning Strategist

Learning Theory, Strategy and Design: Draws on an advanced understanding of curriculum and content design theories to design world-class online and blended learning strategies in response to clients’ strategic, pedagogical and practical needs Leads the 'discovery phase' of projects, leading co-creation workshops/design sprints with clients and the wider Proversity team (for example production, tech, SMEs) to develop learning solutions mapped to learning and business goals. Coaches clients through a Design Sprint Process, following inductive models of curriculum design set by the Chief Learning Officer. Defines learning and evaluation strategies in collaboration with the Chief Learning Officer You’ll need to be good at Learning Science: drawing on exceptional technical knowledge of Andragogy and Pedagogy to design “learning first” online and blended learning experiences grounded in cutting edge learning science. Building Relationships: developing trusted and respected advisor relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and premium clients Distance Managing: building strong, meaningful manager / coach relationship with members of the learning design team in Cape Town.
