Cloud Specialist

DUTIES: Support of Microsoft Office 365 and related solutions, including but not limited to Exchange Hybrid/Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Groups, OneDrive for Business , InTune and related services and technologies including security, governance and compliance capabilities (e.g., ATP, DLP, IRM, E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention, and Encryption). Migration of mailboxes to Exchange Online from on premise Exchange 2016. Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop and mobile client issues for all collaboration services. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications – Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) advantageous. Office 365 Certification. Azure Certification. Experience/Skills – Must have 2+ years direct experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and/or the Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc. Supporting Software as a Service applications and on-premise applications. An understanding of email flow, email security, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). Scripting skills/PowerShell experience. Be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation, presentations and basic project management skills. Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
