Job Description: There is a fast paced and amazing company situated in the heart of the development in Cape Town. They are looking for someone just like you, a Java Developer!

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant IT related Degree or Diploma required (Alternatively, a minimum of three years' work experience)
Minimum 2+ years' work experience in Java web development
Minimum of 1+ year of experience with SQL database and JavaScript
Must have solid experience in REST or SOAP
Must have experience in XML, FTP, and TCP/IP
Must have the ability to use an IDE such as Eclipse and IntelliJ

Requirements:
Be passionate about Java
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to code independently
Keep abreast with new technologies
Must be accountable for own targets

Duties:
Develop, test and maintain platform software
You will build unit level tests for the software
Mainly develop and code in Java
Be working in a team with other developers
