Support Analyst

Education: Qualification required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in Technical Support

Job Description: If you enjoy IT support this may be the job for you! One of our clients is looking for a Support Analyst at their Cape Town offices to provide application support for an international client.
The candidate must be willing to work shifts which alternate on a weekly basis, resulting in a 45-hour work week. Great customer service skills are a must, as well as the following requirements:
Key Requirements:
• 2-3 years' experience in Technical Support
• Degree or 3-year equivalent in IT
• Microsoft qualification beneficial
• Experience trouble shooting C# .Net code
• Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
• Ability to identify and report trends from issues logged, and suggest service improvements
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Good time management skills
