Salary Negotiable + Benefits. Min Requirements. A completed 3-year tertiary qualification relating to Training and Development, HR, or Industrial Psychology. Knowledge of relevant labour legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour Relations, Skills Development, EE Act /BB-BEE) Good facilitation and presentation skills. Implementing a Skills Development and EE plan. Job Requirements Training & Development Organise and schedule monthly and/or adhoc Skills Development meetings Prepare the annual EE report through coordination of the process, update the EE plan and ensure submission by the deadline date Coordinate monthly EE/Skills Compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan as per SETA requirements. Ensure the implementation of all training and development initiatives detailed in the WSP Work with transformation to meet the EE Skills Development score targets. Keep up to date with new or changed standard operating procedures, products, processes, machinery / equipment or quality requirements in designated areas and implements these changes in relation to training.
