Junior Service Controller

Salary: Negotiable Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Minimum 2 years’ Service Controller / Helpdesk experience. Excellent and helpful telephone manner and great communication skills. Numerate & accurate with data input is essential. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, SAP) Able to work under pressure, plan and organize. Excellent Admin skills. Valid Driver’s License and Own reliable Transport. Key Duties: Day to day administration of service calls, invoicing and processing of all administration relating to the service department such as: Accurately log service calls (SAP) and ensure they are assigned to the correct service technician. Invoice service technician’s job cards on SAP. Closing off job cards once the job is completed. Assist with controlling technicians’ spares stock. (GRN’s, variances & stock counts) Process warranty claims. Answer customer and field-based queries and account queries by telephone and email. Compiling a job card register. Tracking spares orders relating to jobs with the spares department. Filing of documents relating to the service department. Assist with annual stock count.
