Job Description: We are searching for Business Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating, analysing and specifying requirements for business process/systems developments/enhancements and controls, focussing specifically on financial transaction processing, administration and accounting systems. The successful candidate will need to have a B.Com Degree or a B.Sc Degree - majoring in Finance.

Responsibilities:
Analyse and document business requirements for business/software/systems developments;
Investigate, evaluate, design and propose solutions to address business requirements;
Create functional and Technical specifications and test plans from business solutions;
Collaborate with Software Developers in developing, testing and deploying business solutions;
Provide product support and training to users.

Functional Competencies
Knowledge of financial accounting practices and procedures
Knowledge of financial accounting systems
Databases: MS SQL Server 2008/2012
Software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Visio, Iris,
System development life cycle principles
Specification writing principles
Agile Software Development methodology and practice
