Administrative Officer

Our financial Services Client in Cape Town Central Cape Town CBD is looking for an Administrative officer with 2 years’ experience. This person must have a car as they will need to travel to a different branch in Stellenbosch once a week to do admin. Salary Negotiable Requirements: Matric 2 years’ experience with Finance Administration experience Financial Sectors, Loads, Investments, short term insurance Added Bonus. Must have Own car (will be working in Cape Town and must travel once per week to our firm in Stellenbosch Techno Park to do Admin filling Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel), Pastel. Responsibilities Administrative and Receive file with loans Check with specific Attorney if information is missing and or incorrect. Create new files for each client and assign a code Work hand in hand with the finance department for controlling purposes. Stellenbosch premises – all loan files must be brought to our offices and filed according to assigned codes (1x per week). All administrative duties regarding the above Good organisational skills.
