Sales Administrator

Our client, a leader in fully integrated Records and Information Management (RIM), is seeking to employ a dynamic Sales Administrator for their Cape Town Branch.

 

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide the Sales & Service Manager with sales and service information to enable informed decision making and achievement of sales and service objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures availability of accurate and up to date client information.
  • Develops and implements administrative procedures to support sales and service.
  • Provides sales and service-related information as required based on sales and service activities and current portfolio data.
  • Provides specific client information to the sales team through analysis of client data.
  • Reports on the performance of the regional sales teams on achievement against targets on a monthly basis.
  • Extrapolates information from the system to support budget compilation and determination of revenue targets.
  • Provides input into the compilation of the regional sales and service budget for determination of revenue targets.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Post Matric Certificate / Diploma in Customer Service / Administration
  • Minimum 3 -5 years’ administrative experience with statistical analysis
  • Code 08 driver’s licence and own vehicle essential
  • Must be computer literate (strong MS Excel skills)
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work independently and adhere to deadlines and strict turnaround times
