We are currently seeking an Enquiries Clerk
Qualities/Skills:
Senior Certificate
Well spoken with a clear telephone manner and ability to actively listen
Highly service focused and action oriented
MS Office Literate( MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
Solutions focused with a calm, professional and courteous manner
Accountable with the ability to think laterally, resolve issues/ assist with enquiries promptly or revert to the relevant manager as necessary
Responsibilities will include :
Timeously and professionally answer inbound and enquiries from Customers by phone or email
Accurately and efficiently complete all relevant administration tasks such as filing, data capture and daily logs
Ensure a swift and efficient service whilst adhering to company service level agreement and policies
Liaise closely with the Customer Service, Technical and Accounts departments to swiiftly resolve client queries / enquiries
Communicate fluently and confidently with both Customer and colleagues thereby creating an atmosphere of co-operation Scan, copy and file all relevant supporting documentation, both manually and electronically
