We are on the lookout for an Office Manager
Key Activities will include (but not be limited to):
Organize meetings and arrange appointments.
Ordering Office stationery and furniture.
Deal with correspondence, complaints and both client and staff queries.
Oversee and monitor the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff
Manage office budgets liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
Delegate tasks to office employees.
Organize induction programme for new employees.
Assist HR in handling office staff recruitment and appraisals.
Review and approve supply requisitions.
Assign and monitor office clerical functions.
