Bilingual.Receptionist/ Administrator

We are on the lookout for a Bilingual Receptionist
Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phone and taking messages
Making bookings for appointments
Welcoming and Receiving clients and visitors
Filing of all documentation
Monitoring and ordering of general office stationery and consumables
Ensuring the reception area is neat and presentable at all times
We are looking for a candidate with:
Grade
Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
Bilingual – Afrikaans/ English and other African language
Excellent communication and inter personal skills
Extremely neat presentable and well-organised
