Switchboard / Receptionist

Our client us currently on the lookout for a Switchboard Receptionist to join their team
Responsibilities:
Correctly process calls from the Company Switchboard and take messages where required Perform general administrative functions. Receive all visitors to the Company in a professional manner and contact the relevant personnel to collect their visitors from Reception. Adhere to Company safety regulations for visitors.
Take all messages in an efficient manner and relay these promptly and accurately to the relevant personnel. Manage reception area according to requirements. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material available. Manage boardroom bookings on corporate calendars. Ensure Company boardrooms are tidy, presentable and well stocked at all times.
Assist with making/arranging refreshments for Clients during meetings in Company boardrooms Deal daily with Courier companies (receive, sort and distribute deliveries) Copying, scanning, binding and filing of documents where necessary Data capturing as per request Maintain and distribute the company contact/ telephone list Maintain the weekly attendance records for HR Assist with the Petty Cash when necessary for Assist with ordering of stationery when necessary. Birthday announcements to staff Perform any other duties required by management
Candidate Criteria
Matric

Three years' experience in a similar environment. Customer focused with strong people skills.
Friendly, professional and well presented Relevant computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) People interaction and communication skills with ability to create rapport in all levels
Organised and detail focused
Ability to consistently maintain customer satisfaction.
Salary Offer:
R 13500 with full benefits and bonus year end .
