Spa Receptionist Therapist

Main Duties & Responsibilities. To greet the guests at reception and assist with post treatment sales. To co-ordinate with the therapists regarding the daily appointments by allocating the time accordingly. To record all guests and treatment details for the database. Answering of the phone and emails, scheduling of appointments. Provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby or reception area Assist with therapist duties and coverage as required. Required Qualifications & Experience Have at least one of the following qualifications: CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP. At least 1-2 years’ experience as a receptionist or similar role in a 5-star environment Excellent Interpersonal Skills. The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment. Strong administrative and organisational abilities High attention to detail. Well-presented and groomed. As this is a position of honesty and integrity, the successful candidate should possess a positive credit and criminal history as per our client’s requirements.
