Objectives of the role • Position available at a prestigious financial services company. R165 000- R205 000 PER ANNUM. • To create an experience of ease and personal focus for clients visiting our offices. • To enable a seamless operation between business and clients/visitors through cohesive teamwork. • To align Reception to the business service strategy. • To facilitate internal clients in achieving their service objectives through flexible and supportive delivery . • Deal with elevated queries. Key Areas of Responsibility • Execute a high level of front line service delivery and engagement with clients, internal staff and event coordinators through high energy levels and dynamism • Keep track of regular visitors and develop a customized experience based on individual needs • Foster and maintain a team service and client experience focused culture. • Meet and greet visitors and clients when they enter our building. • Offer and coordinate beverages to clients and visitors. • Provide first line support for facility requirements (audio visual. video conference, teleconference) • Answer switchboard on a rotational basis. Qualifications and Experience. • Matric-essential. • Tertiary qualification-advantageous • Previous client facing experience within the hospitality industry-highly advantageous. • Proficient in English and Afrikaans • Computer Literate • Strong client focus.
