ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Skills and experience: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills face to face and over the telephone • Previous administration experience is essential within a highly paced office environment • Experience in the delivery of domestic energy solutions (Funded cavity wall insulation, Room in Roof insulation and boilers) advantageous but not essential • Knowledge of current domestic funding routes for home insulation and boilers advantageous but not essential • Attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors quickly . • A real team player who takes pride in developing excellent working relationships with their team and our customers • Self motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised • The ability to make decisions through logical thinking and analysis • Excellent customer relationship skills • The ability to communicate well at all levels via verbal and written communication • Proven planning, time management and organizational skills. • The ability to use computer systems and knowledge of Microsoft office applications • An eye for anticipating potential issues and resolving such issues both timely and efficiently • A tenacious / resilient individual with drive You will be rewarded with: • Great salary structure • Great development opportunities • Competitive reward scheme and holiday scheme 9AM TO 4PM - MONDAY TO FRIDAY To apply, send your CV to: naledi@smithcorps.co.za
