Recruitment Assistant

Purpose of the job: Assist with Recruitment for Learnership Programmes and General Administration . DUTIES -Updating of learner recruitment excel database -Updating of physical recruitment database -Requesting of relevant documentation from learners in advance. -Authenticating doctors’ letters and matric certificates in advance. -Manage walk in learners and confirm documents -Handle recruitment queries from Signa Staff and external calls. -Compile learner recruitment packs -Thorough verification of learner documents received internally or externally. -All required forms or documents available, up to date and linked to the recruitment excel database -Provide Recruitment Officer with timely feedback any recruitment movements. -Provide Recruitment Officer with regular feedback on learners being signed off . -Deliver learner recruitment packs to ETQA manager -Send recruitment packs to Recruitment Officer in advance to vet documents . -Ensure all recruitment processes followed are accurate, timely, and meet the Signa Group/Academy standards of delivery and quality DESIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS. • Must have a matric. • Possess strong typing skills and be well versed in other areas of office work. • Computer literacy • Good telephonic etiquette. • HR related qualification.
