Executive Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Management the Executives’ diary Keep and maintain records of divisional expenditures. Plan, coordinate and monitor projects for the office Coordinate management reports. Co-ordinate local travel plans for the Executive Facilitate the implementation of meeting resolutions in conjunction with Executive Manage and coordinate meetings with stakeholders Review correspondence and prepare draft responses for the office Conduct research on issues pertinent to the office Qualifications and other requirements: Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration/Management. Five years’ experience in office management with 2 years at a senior management support level Excellent communication skills Strong writing skills and presentation skills Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to make sound decisions Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suit.
