Customer Services Team Leader

Our client in Boksburg is looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join their company. Requirements: Matric with Mathematics. Five years’ experience in Customer Service, Administration and Logistics. In-depth knowledge of SAP as it relates to Customer service, Sales and Logistics processes (OTC) In-depth and up to date knowledge of local import and export legislation, requirements and procedures (advantageous, but not essential) Knowledge of IATA regulations and Hazardous goods shipping protocols (advantageous, but not essential) Knowledge of international trade agreements (advantageous, but not essential) Fully proficient in use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Duties: Support the introduction and go-live of SAP, as well as the ongoing use thereof by the Sales and Customer services team for operations at the Boksburg site. Customer-oriented alignment and optimization of internal processes in Customer Service. Oversee and manage customer order deliveries, including alignment of internal processes among Sales, PM Control and Packaging. Oversee and manage logistics procedures, including coordination with various suppliers and service providers, for export, import and local shipments as related to operations at the Boksburg site Implementation and execution of Sales, Customer services and logistics procedures in SAP by Sales and Customer Service departments at Boksburg facility.
