We are on the lookout for a Parts Orders Administrator

Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Process orders from customers via phone, email and fax
Ensure correct prices and discounts are in place
Check with the customer services and accounts team that orders are despatched and invoiced daily

Assist in dealing with any issues in relation to customers' orders and deliveries
Process all order documentation and liaising with couriers and internal delivery driversAdministrative duties as required to back up the Sales Order function including filing, inputting of data, post etc.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Grade
Strong organisational skills
PC Competency (Full MS Office Suite)
Articulate, clear telephone manner
Keen sense of attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with people of all levels
