All Round Administrator

We are on the lookout for an All Round Office Administrator

Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring the email inbox
Data input/capture
Electronic and paper filing
Archiving
Prioritise your workload ensuring completion is on time and in full.
Keep all office consumables adequately stocked with necessary stationery and ordering where required

We are looking for a candidate with;
Senior Certificate
Excellent communication skills
All round organisational skills
MS Office skills
Ability to accurately input and process data
An analytical mind that can focus on solutions
Punctual and reliable

Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Eye for detail and accuracy
