Payroll Administrator

Desired Experience & Qualification. Must be able to work unsupervised & get the job done. Ability to work with Finance Department in relation to queries. Ability to liaise with employees when needed Must be hardworking, approachable, honest & trustworthy. Ability to reconcile & sort out third-party queries Must be a forward thinker & having attention to detail Ability to work with a team Duties & Responsibilities. Have a minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as a Payroll Administrator. Ability to identify shortfalls in the department and suggest improvements. Computer literate in MS Office, Sage VIP, SARS Easyfile, SARS E-Filling & Ufiling Experience with MEIBC & MIBFA is preferential Have basic accounting experience highly preferential. Have worked with 180 wage & 100 salary employees spit between two payroll administrators. Forward thinker, able to identify shortfalls in dept. and bring suggested improvements Package & Remuneration. Salary is market related. admin@whmrecruitment.co.za
