Temp Bookkeeper/ Administrator

Temp Bookkeeper/ Administrator needed in the Boksburg area. All documents must be included. Experience: Quote and administrate the required transactions with the Clients on Navision. Navision training will be given at Head Office. Follow-up with the Sites / Mines and obtain the order numbers. Keep Book of the Bakkies and schedule them for Services & Tyres. Get the Attendance Registers from HR & the various Sites. Compile the monthly Labour (normal & overtime hours) & Rental invoices and distribute to the various Mines. Expedite Invoice approvals. Confirm & manage invoice payments. Manage, question & verify all Internal Recoveries and get approval from GM Technical Services. Liaise with Site Contracts Managers, Data Capturer and the Branches on various matters as required. Receive PPE requests, request from HR (procure from Branches if required) keep book of PPE usage at various Sites. Compile / manage Technical Services Financial Pack. Raise concerns encountered. Verify expense claims. Design and maintain weekly & monthly Technical Services Report. Draft and implement Procedures for T.S. Accounting & Admin. Manage Medicals & Induction of Site People. Receive, record, have approved and forward all Leave forms. Handle requests for purchasing from Site – Tools, Medical & Induction etc. Full Debtors & Creditors Function Distributing of monthly Customer Statements Cash Book for Technical Services. Month End Reports & Month End Procedures: Amorts / Depreciation / Salary Journal / Prov Bonus Journal Verify costings received from VIP Report, amend if needed. Monitor and correct entries on GL accounts Inter company Loan Account: Cleared and Balanced Once Customers are invoiced to follow up & obtain amended PO’S Temp Position.
