Duties and Responsibilities • check supplier invoices • obtain pricing for quotation requests • assist with sourcing of parts • assist with ordering parts if necessary • update parts sales list • process customer purchase orders and dispatch • drafting delivery notes • update transportation reports • administer company insurance and claims • arrange tracker installations • general administration Educational Requirements • Matric Skills • High level customer service skills • Complex problem solving and analytical skills • Detail oriented • Time management skills • Interpersonal communications skills • Administration Other Requirements • MS office • SageOne • Valid driver’s license • At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar field • Candidate must have All interested parties who meet the minimum criteria are invited to apply for the above position.
