Front Admin

A Storage facility in Bloubergstrand area is looking for a Front Office Assistant. Will be conducting the following: • Answer the telephone and responding to customer with enquiries. • Assisting walk in customers • Selling of storage Space / Units. • Completing sales agreement and ensuing it is signed and returned and correct documentation is received. • Invoicing on pastel (pastel experience will be advantage) • Collecting of outstanding invoices. • Will be supervising the general worker on site. Must have Strong admin experience. Experience with pastel will be an advantage. Salary 8000-9500 plus Commission.
