Administration Officer

Duties & Responsibilities GRV all red meat stock coming in Check all invoices from suppliers, confirming price and singing off Allocating codes to products as needed Handling of all claims when stock is short delivered Drawing reports from the system for all branches nationwide. Analyze all reports checking for slow movers, over stocks and out of stock. Checking GP% when stock pricing fluctuates Booking of orders on to IQ Credits and recons on customer accounts Drawing up of specials and creating adverts with Design team. Doing all processing out and in on IQ Checking stock negatives. Requesting invoices and following up on delivery notes Checking weight loss on hang meat GRV’s Recon inhouse processing account Desired Experience & Qualification. Have a minimum of 1 – 3 Years’ Experience as an Administration Officer Have a Matric Certificate. Must be Computer Literate in MS Office, IQ & GRV’s Have experience with filling & copying, emails & general administration. Valid Drivers License & Own vehicle Must be IMMEDIATELY available. Package & Remuneration Salary to be discussed in interview.
