Project and Sales Administrator

Working within a team of 6 the duties are varied and split evening as follows: Assist with project administration/co-ordination on all projects as delegated by the project manager and team. Diary management, logistics & travelling, Document control activities, Requesting quotations and placing and progressing purchase orders, Shipping documentation and organisation Meeting scheduling and minutes, QA and HSE administration tasks, Project accounts administration / reports, Occasional PA work for General Manager. Responding to customer enquiries and answering the telephone. Preparing and following up sales quotations Sales order processing and updating pricelists Preparing and sending Certificates of Conformity and any other documentation required by the customer. Liaising with Houston office on lead-times and deliveries. Welcoming visitors to site, ensuring rooms are ready to receive clients at any time Organising visitor refreshments Updating and issuing telephone lists Ordering stationary / kitchen / office supplies.
