ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

This is a Permanent position for an Administration Assistant to join a growing company based in Sutton. Client Details. This is an exciting time to join this company based in Sutton as they are rapidly growing and expanding their team due to increased demand. Description The Administration Assistant position based in Sutton will have the following responsibilities: Provide assistance with day to day project administration. Data entry and handling paperwork. Meeting organisation Document preparation. Archiving, recording and retrieving company files, Responding to customer queries. Answering and directing phone calls Profile: The successful candidate for the Administration Assistant will need to have the following skills and experience: Previous experience of working within an administration based role would be beneficial Strong Word and Excel skills. Excellent communication skills. Be a strong team player. Have excellent attention to detail Job Offer: This is an excellent entry level role for someone looking to get into an office based role.
