ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Ensuring that stock is keyed in correctly and in compliance with all Food Safety regulations. SAP Processing to Invoices & Delivery Notes Stage. Monitoring Voiteq Picking System. Housekeeping Checks Maintenance and organisation of all warehouse documents. Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion Stock Integrity. Liaise with all departments across the depot. Monitor discrepancies and identify stock problems. Knowledge, Skills, Experience. PC Literate and Numerate Strong Attention To Detail Excellent Communication Skills. Strong Organisational Skills Experience working to tight deadlines Confident working under pressure Flexibility across days and mid-shift patterns is essential. The candidate will ideally have good knowledge of working with all Microsoft Office systems in particular Excel. Working in a similar warehouse environment and SAP Experience would be advantageous, but training will be given to the successful candidate. Email CV to: mike@rgmcorp.co.za
