Operations Officer

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Officer on a full time permanent basis. The role involves ensuring the day to day operations of the assets, vehicles, land and facilities are all safe and legally compliant. You will be responsible for managing two direct reports. Your role will involve - Organising, preparing, developing, implementing and reviewing business plans and performance indicators. Managing assets including invoice and debt management. Conducting asset management planning, reviews and valuations for maintenance and repairs Developing working relationships with service delivery partnerships. Monitoring and demonstrating achievement of SLAs Preparing and preparing reports as and when required. Facilities management. Recruiting and training staff Costings for goods and services. Preventative and reactive facilities maintenance and repairs. Project management. You will be - Facilities management experience Experience managing staff. Knowledge of Health and Safety. Able to work evenings and weekends if required Experienced within budget setting, monitoring and management. Experienced in Microsoft Office packages.
