Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant - Retirement Village. The successful candidate must be highly organised and have strong and proven administration skills. MAIN DUTIES: · Assist residents with any request or queries. · Assist with buying electricity and paying levies. · Good working relationships with Head Office, General Manager and service providers. · Cash ups and other finances. Qualification: · Grade 12. · Recognised qualification in administration (Diploma or similar) will be an advantage. Experience: · At least 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service position. · Computer literate with experience in using Word processing, spreadsheets (Excel), databases and e-mail (Outlook) Personal Qualities: · Positive and loyal to employer and colleagues · Motivated, resilient and flexible. · Patient, calm and empathetic. · Positive self-image . Work hours: · 1st week: Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 · 2nd week: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 16:30 (Friday and Saturday off) Due date – Tuesday
