Salary 30K – 35K. Live-In with meals and uniform provided Working cycle: 6/2 Job Ref: BPJR493 Duties and Responsibilities • To ensure the efficient and profitable running of the kitchen in cooperation with the lodge management. • Performs all duties which are required for the convenience and comfort of the guests • Implement and maintain the companies minimum 5-star standards with regards to the product and service offering Qualifications and Experience • Matric/Grade 12. • 3-5 Years’ experience in an executive chef position in a 5-star hotel/lodge. • Proven ability to manage the full spectrum of duties in hotel/lodge food preparation • Excellent communication skills. • Computer literacy is essential • Ability to work under pressure.
