Estate Administrator

Job Description 1. Administration a. Maintain Filing System. b. Administration c. Building Plans. d. Infrastructure Plans. 2. Check daily guarding petrol reports and incident reports for compliance and report irregularities. 3. Bi-Monthly fence line inspection reports 4. Liaise with neighboring estates on fence line 5. Attend meetings and minute taking 6. Responsible for all invoices received and take up with Managing Agent. 7. Read and record tenants water meter readings once a month a. Check for irregularities and faulty meters 8. Check on booms and ensure maintenance is arranged when necessary. 9. Handle fines 10. Booking of Clubhouse 11. Assist with Pet Control Facility 12.
