OFFICE MANAGER

We are seeking to employ a dedicated self-motivating Office Manager who is looking for long-term employment to join our team in the pool industry. The applicant must be eager to learn, work well with others and have good work ethics. Your duties would include, but not be limited to the following: Liaising with clients on a daily basis. Booking in of new jobs Petty cash recon. Over-the-counter sales for walk-in clients when necessary. Quoting & invoicing clients. Managing of staff files and documents. REQUIREMENTS: Code B Driver's License preferable. Experience in the pool industry hugely advantageous. Must be able to speak English. Must know Microsoft Office. Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software hugely advantageous. Email alex@allroundpools.co.za
