Key Accounts Manager

• Must have passed Matric / Grade 12 well and have good results . • National Diploma - Sales and Marketing or equivalent . • Min 5 years’ external sales experience • Experience in a manufacturing industry • MS Office and SAP experience . • Responsible and accountable for achieving the sales budget. • Maintain and improve gross profit • Increase market share in existing markets and develop new markets to increase sales . • Assist the Debtors person with customer accounts and ensure account queries are resolved timeously. • Inform the New Product Development Department of new products and assist with design specifications. • Ensure that new products identified are managed throughout the new product development process. • Ensure products are produced and delivered on time and meet customer expectations. • Measure customer satisfaction • Liaise with the Quality Department with regards to quality issues raised by the customer • Generate quotes and tenders. • Present sales figures and sales reports to management on a weekly basis • Draw up, maintain and submit customer calling schedule on a weekly basis. • Build and maintain customer relations within the Bus, Rail, Earth Moving and Leisure industries (caravans). leonie@masu.co.za
