My client is currently looking for an experienced Safety Food Manager. Must have FSSC 2200 experience and HACCP audits, must come from a food environment, at least 8 years’ experience, A strong personality, that will go into the factory and push hard. Must be proactive and not sit behind paperwork. DUTIES AND KPI EXPECTED : 1. STAFF AND CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT. 1.1. Ensure team adherence to company’s disciplinary code. 1.2 Conduct performance reviews and manage the team in accordance to the measurement system. 1.3 Review, amend and update teams’ jobs descriptions. 2. HACCP/GMP/QMS/FSSC. 2.1 Manage and maintain the Quality Management System. 2.2 Ensuring Quality Assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved. 2.3 Ensuring compliance with national standards and legislation. 2.4 Managing and implementing quality controls and documentation procedures. 3. COST MANAGEMENT 3.1 Responsible for managing assets, consumables, chemicals within approved budget. 3.2 Minimizing costs whilst maximising departmental efficiency and effectiveness. 4. EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT 4.1 Managing all Lab equipment and ensure min downtime. 5. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS 5.1 Ensuring all customer complaints are handled within 48 hours. 5.2 Updating statistics, drafting reports and graphs of customer complaints.
