Rental Controller

** Driver's licence and own vehicle a must - not negotiable ** ** Strong Debtors background advantageous ** The Rental Controller will be responsible for the billing, administration, analysis and clerical support to the Sales and Rental Department. Essential Responsibilities: - Office based point of contact for external customers - Compile quotations and tenders when required - Processing of all customer purchase orders, invoicing (limiting credit notes) with accuracy and timelines - Processing of stock adjustments - Ensure that all related administration and filing is maintained and up to date - Improving admin processes to benefit the client and customers alike - Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules and guidelines - Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries - Inform clients of unforeseen delays and problems - Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries - Communicate important feedback from customers internally - Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions - Prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends - Ensuring that rental contracts and information and paperwork is accurate and complete - Ad-hoc stand-in for Customer Service team members, keeping up to date with changes within the department - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. admin@chanera.co.za
