Reservations Manager

Must have at least 5 years' management experience of a lodge or hotel reservations team. Experience on eRes, Opera and Apex essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently lead and manage the team. Responsible for managing the general job performance of the reservations team; training staff; working closely with the revenue manager to maximize revenue; compiling various reservations related reports and other admin tasks.
