Key Accounts and Sales Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company. The Key Account Manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all Key client matters. The Key Account Manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities: • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major Key clients and company. • Resolving Key client issues and complaints • Develop a complete understanding of Key Account needs. • Managing communications between Key clients and Internal team. • Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline performance. • Establishing and overseeing Internal Budgets with the company and External Budgets with the External client. • Collaborating with sales team to maximize profits by up selling or cross selling. • Planning and presenting reports on account progress. • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients. Requirements: • Self-motivated and self-directed. • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills. • 4 - 5 years previous work experience in Sales, Management, Key Accounts Management. • Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Superior Excel skills. • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to multitask. hr2@sunnyfieldgroup.co.za
