SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY - TRANSFERS

Kenilworth, Cape Town: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY - TRANSFERS (TEMP AND PERMANENT – Conveyancers will also be considered) Minimum Requirements: -Fully bilingual with excellent English proficiency -Matric -Minimum 8 years experience in Property Transfers (Residential and Commercial) at a law firm A MUST -Strong problem solving skills -Independently functional from inception to finalization of transactions -Meticulous with attention to detail -Computer literate in Ghost Convey and Legal Suite -Well presented and professional -Own reliable transport -Stable employment record -To start as soon as possible. Duties: -Transfers (Residential and Commercial) -Open file, request FICA documents -Request guarantees, obtain clearances, obtain transfer duty, finances etc. -Apply for rates clearance, HOA clearance, levy clearance, bond cancellations figure etc. -Drafting transfer documents and arrange signature -Liaison with clients and bond attorneys -Report to parties and agents -Prepare documents for lodgement and registration -Compile final account -General conveyancing duties Salary: R 20 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum CTC (Depending on experience) E-mail detailed CV to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate Reference CR1571 and your salary expectation.
