Job Summary Provide service desk support to end users. Key Performance Areas/Key Responsible Areas a. Service desk support to end users. b. Maintenance of basic IT infrastructure. Required Qualifications a. Matric Certificate. b. A+ Certificate. c. N+ Certificate. Desirable Qualifications Not applicable. Required Experience a. Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support. b. 1 Year experience in hardware. c. 1 Year experience in operating and application systems. d. Minimum of 1 year experience in software. Desirable Experience a. General experience in Linux. b. Practical experience in the use of IT maintenance equipment. Required Knowledge and Skills a. Working knowledge of electronic equipment. b. Help desk system. c. Application of Microsoft Office and Linux software. d. Excellent oral and written communication skills. e. Excellent telephone etiquette. f. Ability to provide technical support telephonically. g. Problems solving skills. Other requirement Own vehicle Valid drivers license Desired attributes a. Adaptable. b. Multi task. c.
