Job Summary: Assist with preparing Legal documentation . Key Performance Areas/Key Responsible Areas: 1) Gather and print of client documents in preparation of court process. 2) Obtain outstanding documents to compile court application i.e acceptance letters, POA 3) Drafting of court application in line with acceptances received 4) Ensure that premiums have been paid. Unpaid to be escalated to the Payments department 5) Loading of application to the National Consumer Tribunal 6) Preparing court packs for Debt Counselor 7) Filling notice to all credit providers of the application 8) Receive court order and update NCR Debt Help as well as credit providers and clients 9) Follow up on restructure of accounts 10) Files which would not qualify for National Consumer Tribunal – instruction to be sent to the attorney to draft Magistrates court applications 11) Ad hoc duties Required Qualifications: 1) Matric Desirable Qualifications: 1) Previous litigation experience 2) Excellent typing skills Required Experience: 1) 1 year administration experience Desirable Experience: 1) Experience in debt review Required Knowledge and Skills : 1) Exceptional administrative skills 2) Computer skills 3) Interpersonal skills 4) Time-Management skills Desired attributes : 1) Host, humble and hardworking 2) Must be able to work under pressure 3) Self motivated 4) Work independently and in a team 5) Punctual NOTE: Applicants will be selected according to the vacancy criteria.
