Sales Co ordinator

My client based in Atlantis, FMCG experience is seeking a sales co ordinator, candidates must have exp within food industry covering duties as below. Working closely with the National Sales and Key Accounts team, the successful incumbent will be responsible for (amongst others and not limited to):• Updating the National Promotional Grid, Preparing Customer Account Reviews, Sending Customer Sales Trackers weekly, Attend to adhoc requests as and when required and resolve within 48hrs, Preparing monthly sales pack with input from Sales Agents and National Key Accounts Managers for Head Office, Support NKAM’s and Head of Sales with Sales Conference, Cycle Meetings, Monthly Sales Agent Review Meetings, Call-over actions, Track and manage all Sales & KA budgets, excellent planning and organizational skills, Meticulous attention to detail, High level of confidentiality, Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales, customer and market data as well as a variety of instructions, Ability to work under pressure, Strong interpersonal skills, Work independently and be proactive, Strong customer service orientation, Resilience and ability to go the extra mile,Qualification, Accreditations, Experience and Skills: Minimum of Grade 12 / Standard 10, related tertiary qualification will be an advantage, At least 2 years’ experience in an FMCG / Sales support environment. Fully computer literate with an Advanced level of MS Office.
